Over the past 18 months, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with a senior executive as he prepared to step into one of the most demanding leadership roles in business — transitioning from Chief Financial Officer to Chief Executive Officer of a multi-billion-dollar international organisation.
This case study explores how behavioural coaching played a pivotal role in his readiness to lead not just the financials, but the full spectrum of people, performance, and culture.
